Subject: System Option Deadline
I want to remind those who chose to look at System Options tomorrow, Wednesday, April 23, 2014, is the deadline at 1900hrs. As of 1200hrs Tuesday there were still several people who have not turned their forms in yet. I realize this is a very difficult decision for some to make and they want to take as much time as needed to make it. I just don’t want anyone to miss the deadline if they intend on returning the form.
We are trying to have a Financial Adviser attend our next Local Lodge Meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 to speak and help those affected by the RIF. I will keep everyone posted on this.
I am also going to attach three items:
1. The Hours for the Transition Center located across from Carousel seven on the baggage claim level.
2. The Job Fair scheduled for May 1, 2014 from 1000hrs to 1500hrs
3. Contact information for a realtor in Phoenix (PHX). She original from the Northeast and relocated to PHX in 1996. Perhaps she can answer questions or assist those transferring to PHX in June.
If anyone else has items that can help people through this time and they would like me to share please email the information to me.
On a personal note I want to thank everyone for sticking together through these tough times. I know it helps a lot knowing people are there for each other.
