As we continue to assist Texas IAM members in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, we are now moving to assist IAM members in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
Machinists Union families in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico were first to experience the wrath of Hurricane Irma. The island of St. Thomas is dealing with near total devastation, while millions are cleaning up and without power in Puerto Rico. Irma made landfall in Florida on Sunday and unleashed its devastation along the length of the state and beyond.
