Article II – Meetings and Quorum
Section 1. The regular meeting of the lodge shall be held on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m., except when the meeting date falls on a generally recognized holiday, in which event a substitute day of the meeting may be set at the preceding meeting.
Proposed Wording:

Section 1. The regular meeting of the lodge shall be held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m., except when the meeting date falls on a generally recognized holiday, (per federal guidelines), in which event a substitute day of the meeting may be set at the preceding meeting.
