The winners of the 2016 IAM Photo Contest have been named and the 2017 Calendar, featuring the winning photos, is now available for order.
Top photo awards go to Dave Lehive of Local 1776 in Essington, PA, who won first place for his photo, “Machinists at Work in Philadelphia;” James T. Barnhart Jr. of Local 1529 in Sidney, NY, who won second place for his photo, “Precious Metal Inspection;” and Robert Lessmann of Local 701 in Carol Stream, IL; who won third place for his photo, “Serviced Before Serving.”
Honorable Mention winners include Booker Curtis, Local 1484; Darci McLaren, Local 2339N; Larry Wilson, Local 774; Ken Dinsmore, Local FL251; William LePinske, Local 701; Charles Bennett, Local 470; David Wilburn, Local 470; Kelly Hough, Local 31; and Mark Patach, Local 31.
Winning photos are featured in the 2017 IAM Calendar. Samples of the 2017 calendar are being mailed to Local and District Lodges. To order the 2017 IAM Calendar, download an individual order form or bulk order form for Lodges that want to order large quantities of calendars. Calendars are $7 for individual orders and $5 per calendar for orders of 100 or more. Two dollars from each calendar sold are donated to the IAM’s favorite charity, Guide Dogs of America.
